Here at MannVend we continually strive to develop our business and expand our workforce. We are happy to announce the creation of two brand new roles and welcome Alison and Tony to the team.
Alison Gilmour, Customer Service & Telesales Executive
Alison lives in Ballabeg with her husband Kevin. She brings 30 years of customer service experience to the role having worked in both banking and retail previously.
With a naturally bubbly personality and enthusiasm for excellent customer service Alison is the perfect addition in this customer facing role. Her role involves liaising with customers ensuring that they are kept up to date with new products and services and providing them with current offers and ideas for using the products.
Alison says, “This new role is exciting and varied and I am enjoying getting to know the customer base. Dealing directly with customers and providing a quick and efficient service is something I love to do.”
Tony Fleet, Technical and Training Supervisor
Tony recently moved to the island and lives in Port Erin with his wife Andrea and dog Bobby.
Tony previously worked for N&W (Necta Wittenborg) who are one of the Industry leaders in manufacturing Vending and hot drinks machines and are suppliers to MannVend.
Tony brings extensive experience in the full range of machines that MannVend supply but specialises in “bean to cup” equipment such as Korintos and Koros.
“This is a really busy and interesting role.” Says Tony, “I have joined a team of six engineers, three of whom have worked for Mannvend for over 20 years so I’m benefitting from a wealth of knowledge”.
“These new roles are a testimony of our continued investment in our business and also of our commitment to providing excellent customer service. Both Alison and Tony bring specialised expertise to our team and we are delighted to have them on board.”
Tracey Leahy, Managing Director.
