We advise that you carefully read the following returns and refunds policy before contacting us about any purchases.

  1. Defective, Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Goods

Please inspect all items thoroughly before signing for delivery. If you notice any visible damage, please ensure you note this on the delivery form and sign for the items as “damaged”. For your convenience, we recommend taking photographs of any damaged items, as this will help us address your issue swiftly.

Any damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. To initiate a return, please email us at enquiries@mannvend.co.im or call 01624 613131. When contacting us, kindly include your order number so that we can locate your details quickly and efficiently.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will assess whether the items are indeed defective or incorrectly supplied. If we confirm this, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

MannVend Limited will cover the costs of return postage for defective or damaged items.

  1. Returns Process
  • Returning Goods: We recommend that you return any faulty or unwanted items via a trackable delivery service, such as special or recorded delivery, and obtain a proof of posting certificate. This service is free of charge at any post office.
  • Refund Processing: Once we have received the returned goods and confirmed that they meet the conditions for a return, we will process the refund promptly. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

We are not able to accept returns for non-defective goods.
